Florida Here We Come!

Daniel got a run down to florida so we are getting out of the Iowa blahs for a few days! We should be back next Thursday or Friday and hopefully I will have alot of fun pictures to post!

A Very Sweet Moment

We had just gotten out of the bath and I went in to get dressed, I heard some singing and came out to find Paytin rocking her "baby" to sleep. She was sing "la lal la a byyyyyy and goooood nighhhht go to sleeeep little sweeet baby" Made me melt! To say the least!

Tents Are Great Fun!

Getting All Dolled Up!

oh what can I say these two crack me up! lol! Since I got my mineral makeup in the mail (anything that comes in the mail must be very special) these girls have been absolutley obsessed with wanting me to do their blush and eye shadow, so the other night I gave them some of my extra brushes and let them dab alittle out for each of them and they had an absolute ball! They played with those brushes pretending to put makeup on for about 45 minutes! To funny and cute!

It's moments like these that my heart MELTS! They Love eachother so much! They are really getting into a stage were they dont want me, they just want to play with eachother. They Love to play "cooking" and dress up in their disney princess outfits just to name a few.

Messin Around

These two little Monkeys were having a blast (last week) as I took down the christmas decorations! I had to stop and take some picture of them! Avary has become attached to that purple easter hat! She wears it every were, which is funny becasue Paytin used to do the same thing!

3 Years Ago Today!

A Vist With Paytins Godmother

Amy (my bestfriend since I was 3 years old...for those of you who dont know her :) )was back durring christmas and we got to spend alot of time with her this time! Paytin loves to play with her! She has asked me everyday since if Amy is coming back to play! :) If you ever feel like not making any more money in Des Moines Amy you can come and be our Nanny! hehe

"I Cant Belive It"

Thats what Paytin kept saying from the moment she woke up! She was VERY IMPRESSED that Santa left "snow" shoe prints from the door to the tree over to the chair Paytin fell asleep in...that Santa he is tricky! Avary was happy to dive into the gifts and tear the paper to shreads! We had a great day filled with wonderful memories! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas!

Here Comes Santa!

We got home from Grandma and Grandpa Flammangs just in time to check in with NORAD over the computer one last time! When we checked he was in Rockwell City IA! So we quickly watched a santa spotting on you tube and then got food for Santa and the Reindeers. This year Santa is on a bit of a diet, the girls didnt want to leave him cookies in milk but there new found loves...Pomegranates and Berry Juice! :) The Reindeers got carrots...so everyone should be happy! :) As you can tell Avary helped herself to a bit of Santas juice...just to make sure it was up to parr! Hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Healthy New Year filled with Joy and LOVE!

Christmas Eve at Grandma and Grandpa Flammangs

We had a great christmas eve, aside from the fact that we picked up alittle bug somewere! :( Paytin woke up last night at 3 am with a 101 temp and an ear ache. Today I put some olive oil and garlic ear drops and since then her temp has dropped almost 3 degrees! :) The kids made out like bandents tonight! Grandma and Grandpa like to spread it on thick with these kids :) Thanks Grandma and Grandpa! Love you...Merry Christmas!

The Jolly Old Elf Himself!

We finally got to the mall to see Santa on Wed. night! Paytin was soooooo excited! Big improvment from last year were she ran away screaming! :) She sat right down with him, although she wouldnt talk to him, she kept saying "I'm alittle shy right now"...to cute! Avary didnt want a thing to do with him...she wouldnt let me get anywere near him...maybe next year!

Oh Christmas Tree

Since we have had our tree us for more than a month (yes I know I am crazy...but I LOVE Christmas) it was in need of some sprusing up! The girls love doing this! The magic of christmas is really easy to see when ever they look at all the lights and decorations! :0) Paytin was dressed up because she had her first dance recitale and wouldnt you know I forgot my camara...bad mommy... bad! lol!

We got our Safe Sippy's!

We finally have safe sippys! Took me forever to find these. The difference (in short) is that they are not made of plastic that seeps chemicals into the liquid that it holds! yay! :) Paytin wouldn’t let me get a picture of her and her cup! :( She needed a nap at the time!

We are good Santa...wink wink! And Mommy has been a COOKING FOOL!

Avary finally let me put her hair up today! I am so excited! Paytin said mommy she looks bootiful like us now...that kid cracks me up! Paytin was "being an elf" with some scrap wrapping paper and one of the ten thousand blue painters tap rolls we have (seriously if you are doing painting and need some tape, I can hook you up! Daniel got them from some guy in Arkansas who went out of the painting business, and he gave him a whole huge box!) Anyway we are getting REALLY excited for Christmas around here! Since we have all the snow on the ground now Paytin asks every day if today is the day. We filled our morning with Christmas fun and stories and then I went on to do my marathon of cooking. I am trying something new...buying EVERYTHING we need for a month cooking it all up at once and freezing it! (I am going to post a link above with all my recipes so you can cook along if you would like!) I am super excited about this and think it will cut down on a lot of work in the end! I also am SUPER SUPER SUPER EXCITED that we are now COMPLETLEY ORGANIC AND NATURAL! After 3 1/2 years of using up everything and slowly exchanging things everything from our food to our carpet smelly stuff is 100% none chemical! Ahhhh big sigh or relief by me...
