Trick or Treat!

We had so much fun tonight and got so much candy! I think we hit just about every house in Mapleton with their light on. Avary feel asleep after about 5 houses but was having fun seeing all the kids and getting suckers before she passed out! :) She saw all the suckers going into her bag and had to tear into one right away. At one house an older man asked Avary if her sucker was good and she tried to let him taste it! It was to cute! Paytin kept trying to run to the next house, she remembered from last year how much fun trick or treating was and was telling Avary all day that they were going to get ALOT OF CANDY! :) The weather wasnt to bad about 50 the whole time we were out . Hope everyone had a happy haunted halloween!

Dance Class!

Tuesdays are Paytins best days! She has been in dance class now for the last 6 weeks and LOVES it! She is learning tap and jazz and having a ball while doing it! Everyday I get asked if Lidsay (her teacher) is at dance school! :)

The Girl I Used to Be
She came tonight as I sat alone,
The girl I used to be...
And she gazed at me with her earnest eyes
And questioned reproachfully:
Have you forgotten the many plans
And hopes that I had for you?
The great career, the splendid fame,
all the wonderful things to do?
Where is the mansion of stately height
With all of its gardens rare?
The silken robes that I dreamed for you
And the jewels in your hair?

For I wanted her pleased with me...
This slender girl from the shadowy past
The girl that I used to be.

Pumpkins for Our Pumpkins!

We grew our own pumpkins this year at Grandpa and Grandma Flammangs. We got to BIG ones and alot of medium sized ones and small ones. The girls have had alot of fun playing and looking at them as well as climbing them at times! Crazy Monkeys!!!!!
