as one of our trucks that is. It was bittersweet and I couldn't help but snap a few pictures before we took off for "Eskimos" new home. (Yes, we name our trucks...maybe its crazy?! Oh well LOL) This was the truck that got us back into trucking when we thought we were done 2 1/2 years ago. We realized quickly how much we liked being our own boss and bought this truck because it was cheap enough. Eskimo turned out to be a great truck, after all it will start in negative temperatures...hence its name Eskimo. We never had any major problems with it aside from the fact that one not so bright person caused us to have to put on a new head, but thats a story for a different day. LOL.
I regret we couldn't make it work with two trucks, but with todays economy and the price of fuel its just not worth it right now. I prayed for months on what to do and it wasn't a decision we came to lightly but in the end I know it is the best decision for us. Its sad to see that part of our dream fade but wonderful to get back to what our lives were before we tried owning two. Maybe down the road we will try it again...or maybe we will not. For now we are going to enjoy the extra time and less effort/money it takes to run two and see were life leads us running one...
