The day started off with me having to wrestle her to the floor to get her clothes on...I really wondered if I would even get her in the car. It took alot of talking and a big sister pep talk from Paytin but she did get into the car! LOL. When we got there she held on to me and didn't want me to leave. Little did she know that Mommy really didn't want to leave her either! After 10 minutes of trying to get her to do something, anything...I recalled how annoying it was when I worked at the daycare and the parents just wouldn't leave. I put on my own "big girl" face and told her I loved her and handed her over to Mrs Brown. I got into the Durrango and cried my own eyes out! LOL. At 3:30 when I picked her up they said she had a wonderful day and even participated in colander within 10 minutes of all the crying. Its been a few weeks now since that first day and I no longer have to wrestle her to the floor to put on clothes nor do I cry as *much* when I drop her off. She goes right in and although she still gives me the "I'll miss you look" smiles as she goes. Our babies are gowning up...so bitter sweet!
